Due to the intimate and personal nature of our luxury fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for changes of mind, scent preferences, or opened items.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take utmost care in packaging your orders safely. However, if your product arrives completely damaged, broken, or leaking during transit, we are happy to help make it right!
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage:
1 You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
2 Please provide your Order Number and clear photos/videos showing the extent of the damage to the product and the outer packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
